Clair has almost three decades of experience across many roles and functions within the pharmaceutical industry, many years spent working in the operations within CSO. Her drive is to ensure effective and efficient use of all systems and processes to ensure the sales teams and ultimately, commercial partner success.

Valentina has over 7 years of experience in international brand management and business operations. Her strengths are in building, maintaining and improving the efficiency of our national sales teams while providing multifaceted support to both commercial partners and head office personnel.
JaeWoo Lee
Senior SFE & SFA
Jae Woo has spent over 10 years working in Salesforce Effectiveness across various systems and data sets both in a pharmaceutical company and currently within the CSO space. He is our resident expert in all systems utilised by Farmaforce – in particular, one of the most experienced Veeva Administrators going around. He plays a big role in helping translate tactical activity into commercial insights through partnerships with our commercial teams.

Commercial Partnership & Business Development – Lead
Rajeev has over 40 years of international pharma expertise and brings a wealth of commercial partnership knowledge to our business. His senior leadership spans more than 15 years and has in-depth knowledge of various business units such as medical affairs, regulatory, compliance, procurement, marketing, sales leadership, Human Resources & SFE delivery.
