I’m so grateful to experience this in my role at FarmaForce. It is very satisfying to create my own schedule of appointments, decide who I need to contact, track my progress and, most of all, to make a difference in people’s lives. I have the close support of a fun team, an amazing manager and the organisational backing of head office. The effort expended behind the scenes creates a streamlined working environment. The culture is inclusive and team-based, so despite working by myself most days, I never feel alone. Targets are not only individual, but also regional and national, so we really do work together.

Each day is unique; full of conversations with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and practice managers, regarding a wide range of healthcare topics – it’s impossible to be bored.
