Farmaforce mobilises virtual salesforce
Award-winning healthcare contract sales organisation Farmaforce Ltd (ASX:FFC) would like to announce it has mobilised a virtual salesforce to continue optimum business operations during the COVID-19 period.
As a response to the recent Australian Government guidance on 29th March 2020 to contain the COVID-19 virus, Farmaforce Ltd sales representatives now connect with medical professionals via a globally accredited and secure virtual sales platform replacing their face-to-face interactions.
The operational change facilitates business-as-usual activity for Farmaforce Ltd’s flagship sales service, to deliver results for clients and continue to support medical practitioners Australia-wide.
“Farmaforce has always been here to serve Australian healthcare professionals and patients, and we’re not going anywhere during this critical time,” Farmaforce Ltd Chairman Mr George Elias said.
“During this global pandemic, we must ensure our operations are best positioned to service the defensive pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors so that both sectors can meet the increasing demand during this crisis.”
Farmaforce Ltd’s virtual salesforce became effective April 1st and has begun operations.
“The team at Farmaforce draws on decades of experience in the healthcare industry, which has seen remarkable change. This is an unprecedented period for healthcare, and we are stepping up to this challenge,” Mr Elias said.
